A wanderlust explorer and avid reader, this mother of two enjoys coffee time and afternoon walks!

Tor Larsen

Operations Manager

As AE's Operations Manager, Tor brings his expertise as a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in licensing and brand management. Having founded his first company at 19 while attending SDSU, he's a proven businessman who now owns a successful surf school. A dedicated waterman, this LA native spends his weekends surfing, boating, and sharing his expertise with students from around the world. With a keen eye for detail and empathetic customer service, he anticipates offering you heightened care through streamlined daily innovations.

Tina Calhoun, CST

Lead Surgical Tech & Surgery Center Coordinator

Tina boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of plastic surgery, collaborating with numerous renowned plastic surgeons. Additionally, she takes great pleasure in mentoring aspiring young plastic surgeons and contributing to their training and development. Outside of the world of plastic surgery, she is a passionate chef who attended culinary school, a martial arts instructor who started practicing at the age of 8, and an avid world traveler who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Paris Pedrampour

Medical Assistant

Paris is a dynamic individual whose journey is shaped by diverse experiences. Graduating from California State University, Northridge, with a degree in psychology and a minor in biology, she possesses a deep understanding of human behavior and the natural world. Currently on the MA to PA pipeline, Paris is driven by a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the medical field, supported by extensive experience as a medical assistant and in business management. Beyond her professional pursuits, Paris finds joy in cooking, road trips, and beach days, savoring the thrill of culinary exploration and spontaneous adventures. Fun Fact: Born in London, Paris relocated to the United States at age 12, bringing a global perspective to all her endeavors.

Bella Siguenza

Medical Assistant

A native of Los Angeles, Bella graduated with a Bachelors of science in Biology from UCLA. Currently pursuing a future career as a PA, she is passionate about building connections with patients. A sushi and coffee lover, in her free time she is adamant about self-care, enjoys traveling, and spending time with her inner circle. Fun fact: She is very comfortable behind a microphone and loves to karaoke!

PR & Marketing Specialist

A natural storyteller with a love for the art of photography, Karess is one half of the content creation team. In her spare time she loves playing board games with her husband, and spending her afternoons perusing museums!

Daniela Quintanilla

E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist

With an eye for design and an incredible attention to detail, Daniela is one half of the creative team at Aesthetic MdR. With an abundance of love and passion she spends quality time taking her pup to the dog park, running a small jewelry business with her sister, and enjoying the vast culinary experiences Los Angeles has to offer with her boyfriend.

Front Office Manager

Roslyn Carias brings her expertise and enthusiasm to her role as a front office manager at Aesthetic MDR, where she eagerly assists patients throughout their aesthetic journey. With a deep passion for aesthetics, Roslyn is a licensed esthetician who approaches skincare with a holistic mindset. She is continuously seeking out new techniques and treatments to help clients achieve their best skin. Beyond her professional endeavors, Roslyn is a certified foodie, particularly fond of Italian and Mexican cuisine.

Rakquel Jimenez is a dedicated business marketing student at California State University of Long Beach, with a keen interest in collaborating with people and embracing new challenges. Passionate about personal growth and exploration, Rakquel consistently steps out of her comfort zone to pursue innovative opportunities. Her personal hobby of creating videos fuels her passion for marketing and social media, providing a creative outlet that enhances her understanding of digital engagement. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Rakquel enjoys traveling and spending time in nature.
