Cory Felber, PA-C, brings over 25 years of experience to what she considers to be an ever evolving blend of art and science that helps those she serves to optimize and maintain the skin they live in. Cory has served as a clinical trainer and faculty member for both Allergan and Galderma injectables, as well as Coolsculpting. She loves teaching and sharing her knowledge with the residents and fellows from USC’s Plastic Surgery program. She has participated in and run numerous clinical research and investigative studies.

Cory is a board-certified surgical Physician Associate trained in a wide variety of procedures. She received her undergraduate degree from UCLA in the field of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. Following UCLA, Cory went on to attend the Physician Assistant Program at Keck USC School of Medicine and completed her clinical training at LAC-USC Medical Center. She received her NCCPA national board certification with honors in both general and surgical medicine.

My name is Dr. Michael Boyajian. I was born and raised in Washington DC. My father was a plastic surgeon and my mother was a neonatologist. I have always been drawn to medicine, and I ultimately did my undergraduate studies at Georgetown, my medical school at Brown, and completed my Plastic Surgery residency training at Wake Forest in North Carolina. Throughout residency, I focused on surgical education research, where I used 3D printing to create multiple surgical training simulators to teach surgical trainees. As one of the current fellows at the Aesthetic Fellowship of Los Angeles, I am interested in all facial rejuvenation procedures, rhinoplasty, aesthetic breast and body contouring procedures. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and traveling.

Dr. Kareem Termanini is a plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body. He is currently completing advanced fellowship training in aesthetic surgery under the mentorship of recognized leaders in aesthetic surgery.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Dr. Termanini graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh before earning his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. Duringhis time at Georgetown, he embraced the principle of cura personalis—a commitment to caring for the person as a whole—which continues to guide his approach to aesthetic surgery today.

He went on to complete his plastic surgery training at Northwestern University, where he developed a strong foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. During residency, he gained extensive experience in craniofacial and pediatric surgery, breast surgery, cancer reconstruction, hand and peripheral nerve surgery, and cosmetic surgery. He dedicated a year as a research fellow in pediatric and craniofacial surgery, leading a lab focused on tissue expansion and wound healing.

Dr. Termanini’s passion extends beyond the clinical arena. He has been actively involved in surgical education, research, and international outreach. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and has presented his work at national meetings. He has also participated in multiple international medical missions alongside ReSurge, Operation Smile, and Syrian American Medical Society, providing surgical care to underserved communities in the Middle East and Africa.

Dr. Termanini’s attention to detail combined with his artistic eye reflects his belief in the core principle of plastic surgery – achieving natural and elegant beauty. Brenda Gomez is a board-certified PA who earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and completed her graduate training at the University of Pittsburgh. She began her career with Aesthetic MdR as a medical assistant, working closely with patients in both the clinic and operating room for several years. Driven by a passion for surgical excellence and personalized care, she returned to school to further her training. She is excited to return to Aesthetic MdR as a surgical PA and continue caring for patients with a thoughtful approach throughout every stage of their surgical journey.

For more than 26 years, I have had the privilege of building my career in the plastic surgery field, growing alongside the practices and patients I have served. I began my journey as a Billing Coordinator, where I learned the importance of helping patients navigate the financial side of their care with compassion and understanding. From there, I expanded my expertise into bookkeeping before ultimately stepping into the role of Practice Manager.

Each position has given me valuable insight into what it takes to create a successful practice and, more importantly, a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. I believe that outstanding patient care extends beyond the treatment room—it starts with making patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their entire journey.

As Practice Manager, I am passionate about creating an environment where our team can thrive and our patients receive exceptional care from their very first phone call to their final follow-up visit. I enjoy building strong relationships with both patients and staff, streamlining operations, and ensuring that every detail contributes to a seamless experience.

What I love most about my work is being part of life-changing transformations and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way. Bessy is an experienced Patient Care Coordinator with a distinguished background in the medical and aesthetic industry. With comprehensive experience spanning cosmetic, dermatologic, family practice, and oncology care, she brings both clinical expertise and refined patient advocacy to every interaction. Her foundation as a Certified Surgical and Medical Assistant allows her to approach patient care with precision, confidence, and discretion. Working closely with the surgeon throughout the consultation and surgical planning process, Bessy ensures a seamless, elevated experience from the initial visit through recovery. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and highly personalized approach, she guides patients with clarity and care, helping them feel informed, confident, and supported at every stage of their aesthetic journey. In addition to surgical coordination, Bessy is a Master CoolSculpting Technician and serves as a trusted liaison for both surgical and non-surgical patients. Outside of the practice, Bessy enjoys dancing, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her two French Bulldogs. She also has an appreciation for the strategy and refinement of poker, embracing it as a pastime that reflects her focus, intuition, and attention to detail.

Our Lead Medical Assistant, Paris, combines a passion for patient care with a strong foundation in science and human behavior. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a degree in psychology and a minor in biology, she is currently pursuing her nursing degree while building on years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Passionate about aesthetics, patient education, and lifelong learning, Paris is excited to continue growing with Aesthetic MdR and hopes to join the team as a nurse upon completing her nursing education. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, road trips, and beach days. Fun fact: Paris was born in London and moved to the United States at age 12.

The staff unanimously agree that Jacky is the heart of Aesthetic MdR. Also the founder of Jaques Skin, her approach to making sure that our patient’s experience is at the highest level is both pragmatic and with empathy. A wanderlust explorer and avid reader, this mother of two enjoys coffee time and afternoon walks!

Tina boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in the field of plastic surgery, collaborating with numerous renowned plastic surgeons. Additionally, she takes great pleasure in mentoring aspiring young plastic surgeons and contributing to their training and development. Outside of the world of plastic surgery, she is a passionate chef who attended culinary school, a martial arts instructor who started practicing at the age of 8, and an avid world traveler who enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends.

With nearly three decades of experience in plastic surgery and medical practice administration, Erica has dedicated her career to helping patients feel welcomed, supported, informed, and cared for throughout every stage of their experience.  Having worked alongside some of Los Angeles’ most respected plastic surgeons, Erica has developed extensive expertise in patient relations, practice operations, billing coordination, and office management.  Her commitment to excellence, combined with a deep understanding of the patient journey, allows her to provide the personalized attention and seamless service that patients both deserve and expect.  Erica is known for her compassionate approach, and genuine dedication to patient care.  She takes pride in creating an environment where patients feel both comfortable and confident, helping to ensure an exceptional experience from the first consultation through recovery and beyond.

Veronica Lopez is a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with over 13 years of experience in the medical field. Her passion for healthcare began early while attending a medical magnet high school, where she first discovered her desire to pursue a career in the medical field. At the age of 16, a personal experience undergoing surgery after a broken nose solidified her interest in the surgical field.

As the daughter of immigrant parents and the first in her family to attend college, Veronica takes great pride in her journey and professional accomplishments. She is especially proud to be part of a Latino-owned practice that values diversity and representation within its team.

Outside of her professional life, Veronica prioritizes spending quality time with her two sons. She is also an avid animal lover who enjoys caring for her chickens and two miniature pigs.
