Preservé™ by Motiva

Preservé breast augmentation is a technique used to increase the shape, size, and fullness of breasts. The surgical technique is designed to preserve your natural breast tissues, muscles, and sensation through a “no touch” placement of the implants. During the surgery, a tunnel is gently created above your muscle, but under the breast tissue, to protect its function and sensation. Using specialized tools, similar to a balloon, the tissue is gently expanded to create a pocket for the implant by elongating natural tissues rather than cutting, releasing, or detaching them, preserving the breast’s natural anatomy and biomechanics. Preservé by Motiva utilizes smaller incisions, resulting in reduced swelling, pain, and a quicker recovery time, while still achieving subtle, natural-looking results. The incisions are closed with sutures at the end of the surgery.
